Pricing and Payment

The quoted items are subject to prior sale and are fob or for based on the customer requirement. Prices provided are valid for 15 days. All  purchases must be on pre payment wire transfer terms.

Condition

All materials quoted & supplied will be provided with COC, 8130 as applicable

All chemicals/lubricants/sealants supplied will be with MSDS and COA. For dangerous goods, dg/hazmat/packing charges apply per line item.

Order Cancellation / RMA Policy

Any orders placed with and accepted by Soaring High Inc can only be returned with prior issuance of RMA no, within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. Any unapproved returns will be refused and will be subject to a 45% restocking fee.

Delivery

Delivery time/lead time does not include weekend and holidays. Delivery dates for non-stock items are estimates based on the current backlog and are subject to confirmation at the time of the order.

Export

Any parts quoted or sold by Soaring High Inc, cannot be sold or exported to countries, companies, entities, or individuals placed under embargo. Some items may need a special export license or an exemption, depending on their classification (ECCN). It is illegal to send or transfer resell these items. The export control & ITAR regime rules are to be followed strictly.
